He did a new computer set up and transferred my data for me. He also helped me troubleshoot an internet issue. Customer service is important to me and he is top notch. I honestly can not even describe how happy I am that I found Tony to fix my wife's laptop.
First off, from personal experience, calling for any service can be frustrating. U call them, they don't pick up. You call again, and still no pick up, so you leave a message. After leaving a message, it could take up to days for a response and a quote. I called Zen IT Services and within minutes, Tony was able to asses the problem, as well as give me a GREAT price for it.
Prior to calling Tony, I've gone to at least 3 other PC repair shops and was quoted a much higher amount than expected. Tony's price was a FRACTION of what I was being quoted previously. Although a GOOD PRICE POINT is CRUCIAL to me, GREAT SERVICE is even more important.
Other IT services have estimated 24+ hours to fix my wife's laptop. Tony got it done in HOURS. Within those 2 hours, Tony periodically updated me via text. C'mon! Who wouldn't want that???
